Additional Information

  • Our operates under all normal weather conditions which also includes rain if the participant want to cancel The tour at the location because of the rain, there will be no refund. An exception is extremely bad weather or condition (landslide, thunder, and flood).
  • Private round trip transport is available upon request, starting from IDR 350K per car. Prices depend on your accommodation location. Each car accommodates up to 5 guests

  • Not recommended for pregnant women or guests with serious medical issues
  • Not recommended for people with back problem
  • Booking must be made at least 1 day in advance

  • All tour payments are made on the spot on the activity day for your convenience and trust.
  • No advance payment is required.
  • Payment methods can be cash or card.
  • For card payments, an additional 3% fee may apply.
  • Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the activity starts.
  • Please inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking.
  • If you have plans to visit other places after or before the activity, we can discuss it first.
