Our operates under all normal weather conditions which also includes rain if the participant want to cancel The tour at the location because of the rain, there will be no refund. An exception is extremely bad weather or condition (landslide, thunder, and flood).
If you need a private hotel transfer, we can arrange it for you, each car can accommodate up to 5 people.

Nusa Dua / Uluwatu Area: IDR 750,000 / car

ATV Adventure opening Hour: 8.00-15.30 last trip
Minimum age to drive is 16 years old
Children under 16 may ride as a passenger on a tandem ATV
Minimum age for passengers is 6 years
Not recommended for pregnant women or guests with serious medical issues
Booking must be made at least 1 day in advance

Cancellation Policy

All tour payments are made on the spot on the activity day for your convenience and trust.
No advance payment is required.
Payment methods can be cash or card.
For card payments, an additional 3% fee may apply.
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the activity starts.
Please inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking.
If you have plans to visit other places after or before the activity, we can discuss it first.
Our team will contact you one days before the activity for a reminder and booking confirmation.
